Our Premium annual subscription is a comprehensive no more to pay service. It includes all smoke alarm inspections required for compliance in NSW. If a smoke alarm is found to be faulty, expired, missing or damaged we will replace it free of charge*. This plan includes our 24/7 emergency service for any faulty detectors that may need our attention.**​

One off Detector Inspection $89

On the commencement of letting a property, Property Compliance Solutions will visit your property to install, check and make sure your property is compliant under the Building Code of Australia's guide lines for smoke alarms.**
